Plat Information
Effective January 1, 2017
All plats must be filed electronically. Plats will no longer be accepted for filing in paper format. The move to require the eFiling of plats was mandated with the passage of HB 1004 (15-6-67) during the Georgia General Assembly legislative session.

Effective May 8, 2017
Please be advised that on May 8, 2017 the Governor signed House Bill 76, this law became effective immediately. Please visit https://www.legis.ga.gov/legislation/en-US/Display/20172018/HB/76 for the full copy of the house bill.
